Abay "Hobbit" Khasenov is a professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player from Kazakhstan, born on May 18, 1994. He began his career in 2014 with EZpeezy and later played in several mixed teams within his home country.
In 2015, he joined PARTY, which soon rebranded to Tengri. In October 2016, Gambit Esports noticed his talent and signed him to their roster. In 2017, Hobbit became a Major champion after winning PGL Major Kraków 2017.
A year later, in November 2018, he transferred to HellRaisers. In April 2019, he was moved to inactive status. About six months later, in October, he started playing for the Russian organization Winstrike.
In July 2020, Hobbit joined Gambit Youngsters, and just three months later, on October 5, 2020, he was promoted to the main Gambit Esports roster. In March 2022, the lineup temporarily competed under the tag Players. On April 24, 2022, he transferred to Cloud9. On July 12, 2024, he became a player for 1WIN.
