Information about zoneR
Alexander “zoneR” Bogatyrev is a Russian Counter-Strike 2 streamer, as well as a former professional player, coach and commentator. He was born on August 4, 1987, and was also known under the nickname MechanoGun around 2020. Throughout his career, zoneR has been involved in multiple roles within the Counter-Strike scene, including playing, coaching, and casting. He later worked as a coach, including a position with forZe School, contributing to the development of young players. In September 2020, zoneR received a 24-month ban from ESIC (starting August 31, 2020) for exploiting the well-known coach spectator bug. After further investigation, the ban was extended to 36 months due to additional violations. In addition, he received a lifetime ban from Valve-sponsored events for abusing the same coaching bug, which significantly impacted his professional career.
